Hey everyone! Happy Thanksgiving! Yes, I am writing this post on Thanksgiving. We ended up canceling Thanksgiving and are laying low. Plus, I wanted to get the post out to y’all before Black Friday. With that being said, this post is written with so much love. This is not a sponsored post, most of the items in the photos I have purchased at full price with my own mulla. I wanted to share our intentional gift guide that is ideal for infants, toddlers and young kids.
My goal with this post is to help you bring intentional items into your home that can be used by multiple ages siblings, passed down to younger siblings or even saved as heirlooms. PLUS there is nothing better than your children’s toys looking amazing in your living room. If you follow me on Instagram, you know that we do not have a play room. We do not have a living room and a family room. Instead we have one large “great room” that throughly gets lived in!
Everything on my intentional gift guide promotes creative play, large motor activity, is non-toxic, can be used by multiple ages (as I am writing this post, Blake is 10 months old and Liam is 3.5 years old,) and can be passed down. These are not listed in any particular order.

Homi Baby Pikler Triangle $275
This popular pikler triangle is hitting every living room in 2019 for a reason! This beautiful piece is handmade (available on Amazon Prime) and can be used with a slide that converts to a climber. The pikler triangle is great for indoor play all year around, folds in half for easy storage and will definitely be something I will be hanging onto for my Grandchildren in 30 years. Homi Baby is a family owned company and their Pikler Triangle is hand assembled.

Prince Lionheart Wheely Bug $59-$83
These Wheely Bugs have by far been one of our favorites. They come in two sizes, the smaller Wheely Bug was originally Liam’s (I think he was 15 months old when I got it for him) and when he turned three we bought him the larger Wheely Bug. This is one of my favorite indoor activities. It allows them to get all of their energy out, because it is so low to the ground, if they fall off they get right back up. Plus it is one of my favorite things to leave out in the living room, its so visually appealing!

Nugget Comfort $229
If you have been eyeing a Nugget, get your hands on one ASAP! One thing I love about this American made company is that their prices are the same 365 days of the year. So if you are holding out for a sale, don’t. They also have limited stock, so when a color you want comes available, order it! Our Nugget also goes great pared with our Pikler Triangle, the possibilities are truly endless! I love that the Nugget cover can be washed in our washing machine and air dries extremely fast. Their product is also completely non-toxic and can even be used with a twin bed sheet if needed! Shop now before they are sold out, they will be releasing 9 colors and around 4K Nuggets on 11/29/2019.

Coco Village Walker $80
This walker from Coco Village is another versatile piece, it can assist your infant in standing and walking or can be used by your toddler for imaginary play. Liam loves to pretend he is pushing his baby (both Blake and his baby doll) or grocery shopping. Currently their entire site is 60% off with code BF19.

Swoop Bags $30-$52
Feeling like your kids JUST. DON’T. NEED. ANYTHING. ELSE?! Ask your family to invest in a few Swoop Bags! These are the Mini Swoop Bags, below you will see a Large Swoop Bag and they just released a Medium Swoop Bag! This is one of our fav family owned business, everything is Made in the USA and the owner even hand splatters one of my favorite prints!

Ikea Kitchen $89
This has been a favorite for sure! This was a gift for Liam for his first birthday and Blake started pulling herself up to play too when she was around 8-9 months. The cupboards also work well to store books and toys. We keep a swoop bag inside the right hand side with all of their play fruits and veggies. (Stored underneath the Ikea Kitchen is a Large Swoop Bag with Liam’s train tracks.)

Slumberkins $36-$42
Both kiddos will be finding a new lovie from Slumberkins in their stocking this year. Slumberkins helps to promote positive attachments and encourages children to get in tune with their emotions and feelings. Slumberkins was started by two mother’s and premiered on ABC’s Shark Tank.

Ikea Moose $39
This has been such a fun stable in our house! Plus I love that Ikea has such high standards when it comes to toxins. Rocking helps develop a child’s sense of balance and the brain to sort sensory impressions. We got this for Liam for his 1st Birthday and he has been using it since!
Cassaro Waldorf Wooden Balance Rocker
This multi-use piece was originally developed in Waldorf early childhood classrooms. The movement awakens imagination, strengthens muscles, and promotes the development of balance. Thanks to its design, the rocker can be used as a seesaw, a balance board, a slide, a step stool, a boat, a doll bed, a puppet stage and much more! The possibilities are endless—and truly up to them! Plus it’s on Amazon Prime!
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my intentional gift guide! If it has been inspirational to you, please share this post via Pinterest, Facebook and even Instagram!
